Q: Why New Home Builders? And can you help me find used homes too?
Answer: Yes! As licensed Realtors, we do it all! However, new home builders are the easiest to deal with and are highly motivated! The salesman gets paid the same whether you have an agent or not. They never object to paying a commission and you never get a discount for not having an agent.
So it’s crazy not use us and get the rebate! Just give the salesperson our name and contact information on your first visit to the model home. Let us know in advance so we can be ready when they call us.
Q: How does this work?? Are you representing me as your client?
Answer: Yes! We represent you on your behalf, you choose the builder, we consult with you, negotiate for your best deal, and pay you a rebate up to $1,000 upon closing! It's that simple.
Q: I'm looking to sell my home. Are you able to help me as well?
Answer: Great question, Yes! We help both buyers and sellers! We will not turn down any client or referral we receive! We stride for excellent service and focus on helping you achieve your goals!
Q: Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
Answer: As a home buyer, our real estate services are 100% FREE TO YOU. The builder will pay us a commission from the sale. Which means no out-of-pocket fees for our services! However, if you are a seller and looking to SELL your home.. we can discuss our commission rates with you!
Q: Is there any obligation when I submit my info?
Answer: There is absolutely ZERO obligation once you submit your information. You are simply telling us more about your home search, we will reach out to you and get right to work by sending you a custom list! From there, it’s 100% your decision whether or not you would like to proceed with a new home purchase!
